Obtain complete information about your company, such as company profiles, value, performance, business plan and job details (requirement, compensation package etc)
Obtain information about profile of candidate (education, work experience, compensation & personal profile)
Market research
Conduct extensive sourcing research with a pre-screening of the market
Provide a long list of candidates to allow us avoiding candidates you may have already met and possible companies you do not wish us to approach
Short list candidates
Conduct an extensive interview from the approved-long list; providing you with full written assessment of each candidate prior to any interview you wish to conduct
We will also secure and arrange the interview scheduling
Candidates will be fully briefed on the position before the first interview. We will obtain a debrief from both candidates & client, to determine how both perceive the opportunity
Offer closing & follow up
Prior to the offer being made to the candidates, we could obtain reference check from past employers, Having received positive references, we offer to handle the compensation package, mediating negotiation stage and advising suitable salaries and employment terms
