    Workshop Background & Objectives:
    HR has often been hopelessly stereotyped as mostly doing transactional administrative work, falling short in delivering strategic value to the organization. Current global economic conditions, with rapid decline of customer loyalty and increased speed of change require new mind-set, skill-set and tool-set to transform HR function from being administrative experts to value creating business partner able to deliver strategic and transformational work to meet current business demands. HR practitioners need to earn trust and speak the language of business to become a real partner in the organization. In other words, HR needs to deliver strategic value to the organization. The workshop on Strategic HR Planning is aimed at providing participants with hands-on approach to developing strategic HR roadmaps, to connect human resources work to business strategy

    Facilitators:
    Pungki Purnadi: HR practitioner with more than 15 years experiences in handling HR matters in some multinational company such as TOTALFINAELF, MedcoEnergi and Petronas. He has also some years experiences with international management consultant, handling some HR matters in tobaccos, pulp & paper and cement industries.
    K. Siswanto, currently Director, Human Resources Services of PT Panasonic Gobel Indonesia, with extensive experience in Human Resources functions in Mobil Oil Indonesia, Lasmo Oil, Bimantara Group, and Mobile-8.
